REGULATIONS.
- No Maori shall sell any oysters taken from the oyster-fishery hereinbefore defined.
- All oysters taken in pursuance of the provisions of this Order in Council shall be taken whole—i.e., they shall not be opened on the rocks, and the shells shall not be left on the rocks.
- Any Maori committing a breach of the aforesaid regulation is liable to a fine not exceeding £20.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Waimatenui Domain.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this tenth day of November, 1913.
Present :
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act, control of such domain :
And whereas by an Order in Council made on the tenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the twentieth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, the land described in the Schedule hereto was brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act :
And whereas it appears expedient to appoint a Domain Board to control the domain :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
JOHN HENRY ORR,
ABRAHAM FITCH,
GEORGE FREDERICK MOORE,
STANLEY CLIFFORD HARLING,
ALFRED WHITING,
GEORGE ALLEN UNDERWOOD, and
EMILE SCHEPENS
to be the Waimatenui Domain Board, having the control of the land described in the said Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the sixth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Public Hall, Waimatenui, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.
WAIMATENUUI DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 10 acres, more or less, being Section 12, Block II, Tutamoe Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west and north-east by lines 1255 and 1026·6 links respectively; towards the south-east by a line and by Section 11, Block II, Tutamoe Survey District, 1255 links; and towards the south-west by the Raparapahoe Road, 1027·7 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 4015/5, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. At the Government House, at Wellington, this tenth day of November, 1913.

WHEREAS by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act, control of such domain :
And whereas by an Order in Council made on the sixth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and three, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the eighth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and three, certain powers were delegated to the Opotiki and Waioeka Domain Board for a period of ten years :
And whereas the period for which the said Board was appointed expired on the fifth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen :
And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a Domain Board to control the domain :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
JOHN CLARENDON ARTHUR,
JAMES MONTGOMERY BUTLER,
JOSEPH CARROLL,
JOHN WILLIAM GORDON,
HUBERT ROUGHTON HOGG,
ARTHUR PARKINSON, and
RICHARD VANSTONE
to be the Opotiki and Waioeka Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the sixth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, at two o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Secretary’s Office, Main Street, Opotiki, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.
OPOTIKI AND WAIOEKA DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 174 acres 1 rood, more or less, being Allotments Nos. 82, 83, 84, and 85, Parish of Waioeka. Bounded towards the north-east by a public road 100 links wide, 4634 links; towards the south-east by a public road, 2520 links; towards the south-west by a public road, 5695 and 433 links; towards the west by Allotment No. 81, Waioeka Parish, 1370 links; towards the north by Allotment No. 80 of the aforesaid parish, 3500 links; and towards the west by the last-mentioned allotment and a public road, 2840, 170, and 640 links respectively.
Also all that area in the Auckland Land District, containing 125 acres, more or less, being Allotment No. 333, Parish of Waioeka. Bounded towards the north-west by Allotment No. 340, Waioeka Parish, by a drain reserve, and again by the aforesaid allotment, 3581 links; towards the north-east by a public road 100 links wide, 4050 links; towards the south by a public road 100 links wide, 5970 links; and towards the south-west and west by a public road 100 links wide, 291 and 1698 links respectively.
Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same are delineated on the plans marked L. and S. 1197/24A and 1197/24B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (Auckland Plans 506 and 510, blue.)
