Court without the precedent consent of the Governor in Council:
And whereas application has been made for the consent of the Governor in Council to a mortgage of the block or parcel of land mentioned in the Schedule hereto: And whereas it is expedient that the precedent consent of the Governor in Council should issue:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the confirmation of an alienation by way of mortgage of the block or parcel of land set out in the Schedule hereto. And it is hereby declared that this Order in Council is made under the provisions in that behalf of the Native Land Act, 1909, and shall operate accordingly as a consent of the Governor in Council to the proceedings hereby authorized.

Consenting to Land being taken for the Purposes of a Drill-shed in Block X, Mt. Fyffe Survey District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this tenth day of November, 1913.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor in Council.
WHEREAS by the Public Works Act, 1908, it is, in section fifteen thereof, inter alia, enacted that, except for the purpose of a railway or defence purposes, or for the purposes of any other work to be made under the authority of a special Act, nothing in this Act contained shall authorize the taking of any land occupied by any building, yard, garden, or vineyard, or in bona fide occupation as an ornamental park or pleasure-ground, without the previous consent of the Governor in Council:
And whereas part of the land described in the Schedule hereto is occupied by a building, and the Minister of Public Works has recommended the Governor to issue an Order in Council under the said Act consenting to the taking of the said land for the purposes of a drill-shed in Block X, Mt. Fyffe Survey District:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the above-in-part-recited Act, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the land described in the Schedule hereto being taken for the purposes above mentioned.

Consenting to stopping a Road in Block IX, New River Hundred, Southland County.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this tenth day of November, 1913.

WHEREAS by section one hundred and thirty-three (a) of the Public Works Act, 1908, it is enacted that a local authority shall not declare any county road or district road to be stopped until the consent thereto of the Governor by Order in Council gazetted is obtained:
And whereas the Southland County Council has applied for such consent in respect of the road described in the Schedule hereto:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the above-in-part-recited Act, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the Southland County Council stopping the road described in the Schedule hereto.

Declaring Oyster-fishery wherein Maoris only may take Oysters for their own Food.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this third day of November, 1913.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor in Council.
WHEREAS it is enacted by section seventeen of the Fisheries Act, 1908 (hereinafter called “the said Act”), that the Governor may from time to time, by Order in Council gazetted, declare any bay or portion of a bay, estuary, or tidal waters in New Zealand in the neighbourhood of any Maori pa or village, to be an oyster-fishery where Maoris only may take oysters for their own food at all times, irrespective of any of the provisions of the said Act; and may prescribe regulations for preventing the sale by Maoris of any oysters from such beds, and for protecting any such bay, estuary, or tidal waters from trespassers and the oysters therein from destruction:
And whereas it is desired to declare a portion of Kiakia Bay, in Kaipara Harbour, as hereinafter defined, to be an oyster-fishery where Maoris only may take oysters for their own food, and to prescribe regulations as aforesaid:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the hereinbefore-recited power and authority, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby declare that part of the foreshore of Kiakia Bay, Kaipara Harbour, for a distance of fifty chains from Te Kopua Point, the boundaries of such area being marked by posts painted red and marked “Maori oyster boundary,” to be an oyster-fishery where Maoris only may take oysters for their own food at all times, and doth hereby make the following regulations.
