authority to be a Domain Board having, subject to Part II of
the said Act, control of such domain :
And whereas by an Order in Council made on the seven-
teenth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and five,
and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the twenty-
seventh day of April, one thousand nine hundred and five,
certain powers were delegated to the Petone Domain Board
for a period of seven years :
And whereas the period for which the said Board was
appointed expired on the sixteenth day of April, one thou-
sand nine hundred and twelve :
And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a
Domain Board to control the domain :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Do-
minion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by
the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby
appoint
THE PETONE BOROUGH COUNCIL
to be the Petone Domain Board, having control of the land
described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and
subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby
appoint Monday, the seventeenth day of November, one thou-
sand nine hundred and thirteen, at eight o’clock p.m., as the
time when, and the Municipal Buildings, Jackson Street,
Petone, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board
shall be held.

SCHEDULE.
PETONE DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing
by admeasurement 13 acres and 13 perches, more or less,
being Section No. 93, Block XIII, Belmont Survey District.
Bounded towards the north-east by Section No. 127, 1247·7
links; towards the south-east by Section No. 3 and by Sub-
division No. 11 of Section No. 3, 1726·5 links; towards the
south-west generally by Subdivisions Nos. 9c and Q of
Section No. 2, 195·8 links and 461·2 links; and towards the
west generally by Maungaraki Road: be all the aforesaid
linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan
marked L. and S. 1147/13A, deposited in the Head Office,
Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon
bordered red.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this thirteenth
day of October, 1913.
Present :
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section forty of the Public Reserves and
Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said
Act”), it is enacted that the Governor may from time to
time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such per-
sons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain
Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act, control of
such domain :
And whereas by an Order in Council made on the first
day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen,
and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the fourth day
of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, the
land described in the Schedule hereto was brought under the
operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of
Part II of the said Act :
And whereas it appears expedient to appoint a Domain
Board to control the domain :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Do-
minion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred
by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth
hereby appoint
FREDERICK GILES GIBBS,
RALPH CATLEY, and
JOHN BLECHYNDEN
to be the Rotoiti Domain Board, having the control of the
land described in the said Schedule hereto for the purposes
of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth
hereby appoint Tuesday, the fourth day of November, one
thousand nine hundred and thirteen, at half past four
o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the College Office,
Trafalgar Street, Nelson, as the place where, the first meeting
of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.
ROTOITI DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Nelson Land District, containing by
admeasurement 13 acres 3 roods 28 perches, more or less,
being Sections 69 and 75, Village of Rotoiti. Bounded to-
wards the north-west by Section 74, 993·6 links; thence
towards the north-east by Section 68, 620 links; thence
again towards the north-west by said Section 68, 395 links;
thence again towards the north-east by Section 63, 600 links;
thence towards the south-east by Section 70, 1100 links;
and thence towards the south-west by a public road, 1310·6
links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the
same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 47031/32, de-
posited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey,
at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

of June, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-three,
certain powers were delegated to the Cust Domain Board, no
period being specified :
And whereas the appointment of the said Board expired on
the twenty-fifth day of August, one thousand nine hundred
and eleven :
And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a
Domain Board to control the domain :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the
Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers con-
ferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
doth hereby appoint
EDMOND WATTS COOPER,
GEORGE KNIGHT CRYSELL,
DAVID ARNOTT,
HENRY TALLOTT,
ERNEST COBURG TIPPING,
DAVID HOWAT, and
JOHN FORBES
to be the Cust Domain Board, having control of the land
described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and
subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby
appoint Wednesday, the fourteenth day of January, one
thousand nine hundred and fourteen, at eight o’clock p.m.,
as the time when, and the Institute, Cust, as the place where,
the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

CUST DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing
by admeasurement 17 acres 3 roods 33 perches, more or less,
being Reserves Nos. 2422 and 2423 (in red), Block VII,
Mairaki Survey District. Bounded northward by a road-
line; eastward by Reserve 743, a road-line, and rural section
numbered 17564; southward by rural section numbered
15484; and westward by rural section numbered 15483: as
the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1067/36A,
deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and
Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
