HIS Excellency the Governor has been pleased to approve of the appointments, promotions, resignations, and transfers of the undermentioned New Zealand Staff Corps and Territorial Force Officers :—
New Zealand Staff Corps.
Captain Richard John Spotswood Seddon is restored to the establishment. Dated 26th August, 1913.
Command.
Lieutenant-Colonel Alfred Augustus Grace to command a New Zealand Field Artillery Brigade. Dated 27th January, 1913.
Queen Alexandra’s 2nd (Wellington West Coast) Mounted Rifles.
The undermentioned officers are transferred to the Reserve of Officers :—
Lieutenant-Colonel William James Davis. Dated 11th August, 1913.
Captain James McGregor Elmslie. Dated 1st August, 1913.
Lieutenant Albert Glanville William Muir. Dated 17th July, 1913.

Lieutenant Patrick Keegan resigns his commission. Dated 18th April, 1913.

Major Charles Hellier Davis Evans is transferred to the Reserve of Officers. Dated 18th July, 1913.

2nd Lieutenant Robert Wakelin Dunn to be Lieutenant. Dated 3rd July, 1913.
2nd (South Canterbury) Regiment.
Lieutenant Percy Louis Orr to be Captain, vice Boys, resigned. Dated 18th February, 1913.
5th (Wellington) Regiment.
The undermentioned officers are transferred from the 9th (Wellington East Coast) Regiment, with their present seniority. Dated 21st August, 1913 :—

he having a total rank and commissioned service to the 28th August, 1913, entitling him thereto of twenty years and forty-five days.
