Exempting Land from the Operation of Part II of the Coal-mines Act, 1908.

LIVERPOOL, Governor.

PURSUANT to the provisions of Part II of the Coal-mines Act, 1908, and in exercise of the powers thereby conferred, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby exempted from the operation of Part II of the said Act, and I do hereby direct that the said land shall be disposed of under the provisions of the Land Act, 1908.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Nelson Land District known as Sections 73 and 74, Block XV, Mokihinui Survey District.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this seventeenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen.
