Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Maungaturoto F will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaikohe on Thursday, the 19th day of June, 1913, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the said land be sold to Ernest Alison at £1 6s. an acre.”

REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Maungaturoto D 3 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaikohe on Thursday, the 19th day of June, 1913, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the said land be sold to Ernest Alison at £1 6s. an acre.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waima South D will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaikohe on Thursday, the 19th day of June, 1913, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—
“(1.) That the said land be sold to Margaret Lamer, wife of Victor John Lamer, of Auckland, for the sum of £1 2s. per acre; or in the alternative, that the said land be leased to the said applicant for a term of fifty years at a rental of 5 per centum on the Government valuation for the first twenty-five years, and 5 per centum on the then unimproved value for the remaining twenty-five years, and a royalty of 6d. per 100 superficial feet on all timber of a girth of 5 ft. and upwards.
“(2.) That the said land be sold to John Scott for the sum of £1 per acre; or, in the alternative, that the said land be leased to the said applicant for a term of fifty years at a rental of 1s. per acre per annum for the first twenty-five years, and 5 per centum on the then unimproved value for the balance of the term, and a payment of a royalty of 6d. per 100 superficial feet on all timber of a girth of 5 ft. and over.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waima South E will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaikohe on Thursday, the 19th day of June, 1913, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the said land be sold to Robert Henry Stewart, of Onehunga, settler, for the sum of £1 2s. per acre; or, in the alternative, that the said land be leased to the said applicant for a term of fifty years at a rental of 5 per centum on the Government valuation for the first twenty-five years, and 5 per centum on the unimproved value for the remaining twenty-five years, and a royalty of 6d. per 100 superficial feet on all timber of a girth of 5 ft. and upwards.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waitakere No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Auckland on Monday, the 23rd day of June, 1913, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the said land be sold to S. Mitchelson, of Auckland, at the price of £2 per acre; or, in the alternative, lease to S. Mitchelson, of Auckland, for a term of fifty years, at the following annual rentals—2s. per acre for the first twenty-five years, and 5 per centum on the then unimproved Government value for the balance of the term.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ongarahu A Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Auckland on Monday, the 23rd day of June, 1913, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the said land be leased to Hauraki Paul and Netana Hiria for twenty-one years at the following rentals: For the first six years, no rental; for the remaining fifteen years, £4 per annum.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Omaunu No. 1B No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Whangaroa on Tuesday, the 17th day of June, 1913, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That a proposed sale of the above block to William Henry Saies, junior, at a price equal to the Government valuation of the said lands be agreed to.”
