Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Whangaroa on Tuesday, the 17th day of June, 1913, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the land be sold to Luthes Hare, of Kaeo, settler, for the sum of £2 per acre.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waihapa 2D Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Whangaroa on Tuesday, the 17th day of June, 1913, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land be accepted.”

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kahikatoa Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Whangaroa on Tuesday, the 17th day of June, 1913, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said land be sold to Isaac Henry Begg, of Tauranga, Whangaroa, settler, for the sum of £1 per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Pukepoto No. 6 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaitaia on Thursday, the 19th day of June, 1913, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said land be sold to Daniel Hugh Lewis, of Okaihau, for the sum of £3 per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ahipara No. 56 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaitaia on Thursday, the 19th day of June, 1913, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said land be sold to W. A. Elwarth, cf Auckland, for the price of 10s. an acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Omaunu No. 1A will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Whangaroa on Tuesday, the 17th day of June, 1913, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That a proposed sale of the above block to W. H. Saies, jun., at a price equal to the Government valuation of the said lands be agreed to.”

“That the said land be sold to May Fotheringham, of Auckland, married woman, at £15 an acre.”
