Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Mangakowhara Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Whangarei on Tuesday, the 17th day of June, 1913, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That all the marketable kauri, kahikatea, and rimu timber now growing, standing, or lying on the above block be sold to John Fleming, of Northern Wairoa, contractor, for the sum of £1,000; and that the term of ten years be granted within which time to receive the said timber.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Muriwhenuatika No. 1c Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaitaia on Thursday, the 19th day of June, 1913, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said land be sold to E. F. Westbury for the sum of 15s. an acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ahipara No. 57 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaitaia on Thursday, the 19th day of June, 1913, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said land be sold to W. A. Elwarth, of Auckland, for the price of 10s. an acre.”

“That the said land be sold to W. A. Elwarth, of Auckland, for the price of 10s. an acre.”

“That the said land be leased to J. C. D. Kemp.”

“That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land be accepted.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Matakaraaka Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Whangaroa on Tuesday, the 17th day of June, 1913, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That 50 acres of the said block be sold to George Campbell for the sum of £1 5s. per acre.”

“That the said land be sold to Percy Laycock for the sum of 10s. an acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tuhuna No. 1 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaikohe on Thursday, the 19th day of June, 1913, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said land be sold to E. P. R. Hohaia for the amount of a special Government valuation.”
