REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ahipara No. 55 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaitaia on Thursday, the 19th day of June, 1913, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That the said land be sold to W. A. Elwarth, of Auckland, for the price of 10s. per acre.”

“ That the whole of the said block be sold to Mary Edwards, wife of Alfred William Edwards, for the price or sum of £2 per acre.”

“ That the said land be sold to Winnie Alison at £4 per acre, or be leased to her for a term of fifty years at 4s. an acre.”
