Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Omataroa No. 8b No. 3 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Teko on Monday, the 16th day of June, 1913, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That a proposed lease of the said land to A. T. Ramanui and Turuturu Hirini shall be agreed to.”

Dated at Rotorua this 23rd day of May, 1913.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ahipara No. 58 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaitaia on Thursday, the 19th day of June, 1913, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That the said land be sold to W. A. Elwarth, of Auckland, for the price of 10s. an acre.”

Dated at Auckland this 26th day of May, 1913.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Oruanui Reserve No. 3 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Oruanui on Thursday, the 26th day of June, 1913, at 4 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That part of the said land, containing half an acre, be vested in the Presbyterian Church trustees for a church-site.”

Dated at Rotorua this 23rd day of May, 1913.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ahipara No. 49 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaitaia on Thursday, the 19th day of June, 1913, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That the said land be sold to W. A. Elwarth for the price of 10s. per acre.”

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Maungaturoto D 1 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaikohe on Thursday, the 19th day of June, 1913, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That the said land be sold to Ernest Alison at £1 6s. an acre.”

Dated at Auckland this 26th day of May, 1913.
