Declaring Portion of Glass-eye Creek Road, in the Buller County, to be a County Road.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-sixth day of May, 1913.

His Excellency the Governor in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.
SCHEDULE.
All that portion of road in the Nelson Land District, Buller County, known as the Glass-eye Creek Road, commencing at the Glass-eye Creek Bridge on the eastern boundary of Section 13, Block III, Kongahu Survey District, and proceeding thence in a southerly direction generally adjoining the said Section 13, Sections 16 and 19, Block III, Kongahu Survey District; Section 4, Block IV, Kongahu Survey District; and Sections 8 and 5, Block V, Kongahu Survey District; and terminating at a point on the eastern boundary of the said Section 5, Block V, Kongahu Survey District; being a distance of 4 miles 52 chains, more or less: as the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 33499, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red and marked A B.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed "the said Act"), His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke a certain Order in Council, dated the twentieth day of May, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-nine, appointing the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Hamilton to be the Hamilton Domain Board, and doth hereby appoint
