said Dominion, doth hereby revoke a certain Order in Council,
dated the fourth day of March, one thousand nine hundred
and two, appointing a Domain Board to have control of the
Taneatua Domain, and doth hereby appoint

GEORGE DORSET BALL,
WILLIAM GRANT JOHNSON,
WALTER HOLTON SISAM,
JOHN DILLICAR, and
WALTER REID

to be the Taneatua Domain Board, having the control of the
lands described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of
and subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act;
and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the twenty-eighth day
of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, at 7.30
o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Public Library,
Taneatua, as the place where, the first meeting of the said
Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.

TANEATUA DOMAIN.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by
admeasurement 8 acres 3 roods 1 perch, more or less, being
Section No. 11, Block IX, Whakatane Survey District.
Bounded towards the north-east by Section No. 10, Block IX,
Whakatane Survey District, 1451·8 links; towards the south-
east by a public road, across a public road, and again by a
public road 100 links wide, along the flood-mark of the Wai-
mana River, 143·9, 101, and 383·5 links respectively; to-
wards the south-west by a public road, across a public road,
and by a public road, 1618·2 links; and towards the north-
west by a public road, 596·8 links: be all the aforesaid link-
ages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan
marked L. and S. 1379/28A, deposited in the Head Office,
Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon
edged red: save and excepting a public road which inter-

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Buffalo Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-sixth
day of May, 1913.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS by section forty of the Public Reserves and
Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said
Act”), it is enacted that the Governor may from time to
time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such per-
sons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain
Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act, control of
such domain:

And whereas by an Order in Council made on the sixth
day of April, one thousand nine hundred and six, and pub-
lished in the New Zealand Gazette of the nineteenth day of
April, one thousand nine hundred and six, a Domain Board
was appointed to control the Buffalo Domain:

And whereas the period for which the said Board was
appointed expired on the fifth day of April, one thousand
nine hundred and thirteen:

And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a
Domain Board to control the domain:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Do-
minion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred
by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and con-
sent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth
hereby appoint

JOHN REILLY,
FREDERICK JEUNE,
FREDERICK CHARLES RING HORNE,
ROBERT ALEXANDER WIGHT, and
JOHN THOMAS

to be the Buffalo Domain Board having control of the land
described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and
subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby
appoint Tuesday, the seventeenth day of June, one thousand
nine hundred and thirteen, at half past seven o’clock p.m.,
as the time when, and the Council Chambers, Coromandel, as
the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.

BUFFALO DOMAIN.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by
admeasurement 21 acres 3 roods 3 perches, more or less,
being Allotments Nos. 31 and 32, Town of Buffalo, Block VI,
Coromandel Survey District. Bounded towards the north-
east by Allotment No. 23, Kapanga Parish, 1223·5 links;
towards the south-east by Section 3, Block VI, Coromandel
Survey District, 2189 links; towards the south-west gener-
ally by Ring’s Road, Allotments 30, 29, 34, Buffalo Town,
the abutment of a public road, and by Allotments 22, 14, 13,
and 12 of the aforesaid town, 302, 240, 94, 100, 250, 20, 100,
270·3, 99·5, and 270·3 links respectively; and towards the
north-west by a public road, 1126, 439, and 290 links: be
all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is de-
lineated on the plan marked L. 1082/31A, deposited in the
Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington,

Domain.

minion of New Zealand, in exercise of the power conferred
by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and con-
sent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth
hereby appoint

JOSEPH WOODING,
JOHN SCOTT,

WILLIAM TAIT

to be the Woodbury Domain Board having control of the land
described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and
subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby
appoint Saturday, the seventh day of June, one thousand
nine hundred and thirteen, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time
when, and the Library Room, Coronation Hall, Woodbury,
as the place where the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

WOODBURY DOMAIN.

ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing
by admeasurement 126 acres and 28 perches, more or less,
being Reserve 1544, situate in Block VII, Orari Survey Dis-
trict, and Block I, Geraldine Survey District. Bounded
towards the north-east and south-east generally by Rural
Sections 3609, 15590, and 15892, 3318·8 links and 3688·9 links
respectively; again towards the north-east by Rural Sec-
tion 15892, 4007·1 links; towards the south-east by a road-
line, 430·5 links; towards the south-west by a road-line,
6259·7 links; towards the north-west by Rural Section 17116,
3547 links, to the point of commencement, save and except
therefrom Reserve 2828 and a public road along the north-
west boundary of said reserve: be all the aforesaid linkages
more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked
L. and S. 1254/18A, deposited in the Head Office, Department
of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
