Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the
said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the
portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on
and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county
road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of road in the Waitomo County, Auckland
Land District, known as Mangaiti Road, commencing from
the Mangaiti Bridge at the junction with the Pirongia-
Kawhia Road on the eastern boundary of Block VII, Pirongia
Survey District, and proceeding thence in a westerly direc-
tion generally, adjoining or passing through Kopua No. 1L
Block, Sections 8 and 9, Block VII, Pirongia Survey District,
Sections 7 and 7A, scenic and quarry reserves, and again
through scenic reserve, Block VI, Pirongia Survey District,
and terminating at the Mangakiekie Stream in the said scenic
reserve, being a distance of 5 miles 32 chains, more or less ;
as the said portion of road is more particularly delineated
on the plan marked P.W.D. 33491, deposited in the office of
the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington
Provincial District, and thereon coloured red and marked A.B.

Declaring Portion of Waotu-Putaruru Road, in the Matamata
County, to be a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-sixth
day of May, 1913.

His Excellency the Governor in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him
by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other
powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excel-
lency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that
the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall,
on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a
county road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of road in the Matamata County, Auckland
Land District, known as Waotu-Putaruru Road, commencing
at the road-junction in Section 12, Block X, Patetere North
Survey District, and proceeding thence in a south-westerly
direction generally passing through or adjoining part of the
said Section 12, Block X, Patetere North Survey District,
Native reserve called Maungakaretu Block, Blocks X and
IX, Patetere North Survey District, over the Pokaiwhenua
Bridge, Sections 40, 42, 43, 44, 45, 18, 17, 20, and 23, Block IX,
Patetere North Survey District, Sections 2 and 42, Block XIII,
Patetere North Survey District, and terminating at its junc-
tion with the boundary between the Matamata and West
Taupo Counties, being a distance of 5 miles 13 chains, more
or less ; as the said portion of road is more particularly de-
lineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 33482, deposited in the
office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the
Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red
and marked A.B.

to be a County Road.

Block VI, Aohanga Survey District, being a distance of
32 chains, more or less ; as the said portion of road is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 33492,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at
Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon
coloured red and marked A.B.

Block VII, Aohanga Survey District, and terminating at its
junction with the Aohanga Valley Road at the north-eastern
boundary of the said Section 130, being a distance of three
miles, more or less ; as the said road is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 33515, deposited in
the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in
the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red
and marked A.B.

to be a County Road.
