Declaring Portion of Huihuitaha Block Road, in the Matamata County, to be a County Road.

LIVERPOOL, Governor.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-sixth day of May, 1913.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of road in the Matamata County, Auckland Land District, known as Huihuitaha Block Road, commencing at the Township of Puketura on the boundary between Blocks IX, Patetere North, and XII, Maungatautari Survey Districts, and proceeding thence in a southerly direction along the western boundary of Section 13, Block IX, Patetere North Survey District; thence in a westerly direction generally along the southern boundaries of Sections 1, 3, 5, and part 8, Block XII, Maungatautari Survey District, and terminating at a point where it meets the county boundary at the junction with the Huihuitaha Stream, being a distance of 1 mile 25 chains, more or less: as the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 33483, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red and marked A B.

Declaring Portion of Okupata Junction to Pekanui Road, in the Waitomo County, to be a County Road.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of road in the Waitomo County, Auckland Land District, known as Okupata Junction to Pekanui Road, commencing at the north-eastern corner of Section 12, Block X, Pirongia Survey District, and proceeding thence in a south-easterly direction generally, adjoining or passing through Section 11, school reserve, Section 13, part Kopua No. 1s Block, Section 2, again through Section 13, another portion of the said subdivision of Kopua No. 1s Block, and Waiwhakaata 3E No. 2 Block, Block X, Pirongia Survey District; Section 3E No. 2 Section 2, Blocks X and XI, Pirongia Survey District; and Section 3E 2 No. 1, Block XI, Pirongia Survey District; and terminating at its junction with the Pirongia-Kawhia Road at the north-eastern corner of the said Section 3E 2 No. 1, Block XI, Pirongia Survey District; being a distance of 3 miles 40 chains, more or less: as the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 33485, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured purple and marked C D.

ALL that portion of road in the Kawhia County, Auckland Land District, known as Okupata Junction to Pekanui Road, commencing at its junction with the Okupata and Pirongia West Roads, and proceeding thence in a south-easterly direction generally adjoining Section 1, Block VI, Pirongia Survey District, and terminating at the boundary between the Kawhia and Waitomo Counties, being a distance of 60 chains, more or less; as the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 33485, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red and marked A B.

Declaring Kihi Road, in the Kawhia County, to be a County Road.

ALL that road in the Kawhia County, Auckland Land District, known as Kihi Road, commencing at its junction with Kauri Road near the north-eastern corner of Section 6, Block XI, Kawhia North Survey District, and proceeding thence in a south-easterly direction generally, adjoining or passing through Sections 5, 4, 3, 6, Te Awaroa B No. 2a Block, and Section 1, Block XVI, Kawhia North Survey District, school and cemetery reserves, and Crown land, Block XIII, Pirongia Survey District, and terminating at its junction with Hauturu Road on the boundary between the Kawhia and Waitomo Counties, being a distance of 7 miles 59Β·34 chains, more or less; as the said road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 33484, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red and marked A B.
