By-law of Hokianga County Council confirmed under the By-laws Act, 1910.

THE following certificate has been executed upon the sealed copy of the by-law made by the Hokianga County Council on the 6th day of February, 1913, regulating wheel and vehicle traffic.

In pursuance of the By-laws Act, 1910, I hereby confirm the within-written by-law regulating wheel and vehicle traffic, and declare that the same came into force on the 25th day of February, 1913.
