94b. Officers eligible for the above distinction must, during their tenure of office, be on the Active List or the Reserve of Officers, and must not be below the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel. The appointment will be for five years.
94c. Aides-de-Camp to the Governor will, when on duty, wear on the right shoulder a special gold-cord aiguillette of a similar design to that worn by Aides-de-Camp to the Sovereign.
94d. These appointments will not entitle the officer to any pay or allowances.
HONORARY PHYSICIANS AND HONORARY SURGEONS TO THE GOVERNOR.
94e. Officers of the New Zealand Medical Corps, not exceeding two in number, may be appointed as Honorary Physician and Honorary Surgeon respectively to the Governor for distinguished conduct in the field or for meritorious service in the interests of the Dominion. The appointment will be for five years.
94f. These appointments will not entitle the officer to any pay or allowance.

to be Returning Officer for the purpose of conducting the first election of Commissioners of the Town District of Rangataua, in the County of Waimarino, as constituted by the Town Boards Act, 1908; also to appoint Thursday, the 12th day of June, 1913, to be the date, and the Rangataua Town Hall, Rangataua, to be the place, at which such first election shall be held; and also to appoint Thursday, the 19th day of June, 1913, at 8 o'clock in the afternoon to be the time, and the said Rangataua Town Hall, Rangataua, to be the place, at which the first meeting of the said Commissioners shall be held.
