MAORI LAND ADMINISTRATION NOTICES.
Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Heruatureia Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Petane on Friday, the 23rd day of May, 1913, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“(1.) That an offer by the Crown to purchase the land shall be accepted.
“(2.) That the land be vested in the Ikaroa Maori Land Board for the purpose of leasing.”

NOTICE is hereby given, in terms of the Native Land Act, 1909, and the regulations thereunder, that written tenders are invited and will be received at the office of the Waikato-Maniapoto District Maori Land Board, Auckland, up to 5 o’clock p.m. on the 6th day of June, 1913, for the lease and the purchase of the several lands named in the Schedule hereto.
Plans and particulars may be obtained from the undersigned or from the Under-Secretary, Native Department, Wellington.
