Sitting of the Native Land Court at Rotorua to define the Relative Interests of the Beneficial Owners of Native Reserves in the Rotorua Township.

A PPLICATION having been made to the Native Land Court by the Honourable the Native Minister, under the provisions of section 14 of the Native Land Act, 1909, to define the relative interests of the beneficial owners of the reserves in the Pukeroa - Oruawhata (Rotorua Township) Block, enumerated in an Order in Council dated the 29th day of January, 1900, and comprised in an order of the Native Land Court made on the 16th December, 1901, in pursuance thereof, it is hereby notified that the Native Land Court sitting at Rotorua will, on the 16th May, 1913, or as soon as possible thereafter, proceed to define the relative interests of the beneficial owners of the said reserves accordingly.

Case 486 of the Rotorua Panui (1913–23) is hereby struck out.
