Resolution made by the Omaka Road Board.

THE following resolution, made by the Omaka Road Board, is published in accordance with the provisions of the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1908.

OMAKA ROAD BOARD.

Copy of Resolution making Special Rate, passed at Meeting held on the 12th December, 1912.

MOVED by the Chairman (Mr. R. McArtney), and seconded by Mr. S. Tapp, That, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1908, and the amendments thereof, the Omaka Road Board hereby resolves as follows: That, for the purpose of providing the interest, instalments of principal, and other charges on a loan of £3,000, authorized to be raised by the Omaka Road Board, under the above-mentioned Act and the New Zealand State-guaranteed Advances Act, 1909, and the Acts amending the same respectively, for the following purposes:—

(1.)
