Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a Government road.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of Te Kuiti Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this twentieth day of January, 1913.

Present:

His Excellency the Governor in Council.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred by the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke a certain Order in Council, dated the fifteenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and seven, appointing a Domain Board to have control of Te Kuiti Domain, and doth hereby appoint

TE KUITI BOROUGH COUNCIL

to be Te Kuiti Domain Board, having the control of the lands described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the tenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, at half-past seven o’clock p.m., as the time when, and Te Kuiti Borough Council Chambers, Te Kuiti, as the place where, the first meeting of the said Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.

TE KUITI DOMAIN.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 acres 2 roods, more or less, being Section No. 31, Block III, Otanake Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by Sections Nos. 29 and 30, 567·6 links; towards the south-east by the Pukenui No. 2A Block, Section No. 19, 629·9 links; towards the south-west by the Te Kuiti Main Road, 555·3 links; and towards the north-west by the Mangarino Road, 584·1 and 47·4 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 53073/11A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Also all that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 3 roods 33 perches, more or less, being Section No. 30, Block III, Otanake Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by a public road along the Mangaokewa River, 356·2 links; towards the south-east by the Pukenui No. 2A Block, Section 19, 564·7 links; towards the south-west by Section No. 31, 355·6 links; and towards the north-west by Section No. 29, 537·1 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 53073/11B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Also all that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre and 5 perches, more or less, being Section No. 29, Block III, Otanake Survey District. Bounded towards the north by a public road along the Mangaokewa River, 384·5 links; towards the south-east by Section No. 30, 537·1 links; towards the south-west by Section No. 31, 212 links; and towards the north-west by the Mangarino Road, 278·2 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on plan marked S.G. 53073/11c, deposited in the Head Office, Department Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Mangatainoka Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this twentieth day of January, 1913.

Present:

His Excellency the Governor in Council.

WHEREAS by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act, control of such domain:

And whereas by an Order in Council made on the twenty-third day of December, one thousand nine hundred and two, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the eighth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and three, certain powers were delegated to the Mangatainoka Domain Board for a period of ten years:

And whereas the period for which the said Board was appointed expired on the twenty-second day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twelve:

And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a Domain Board to control the domain:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the power conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

ANDREW QUINLAN,
ABRAHAM BARRELL,
HENRY COWAN,
ADAM MACPHERSON, and
EDWIN ASHBY

to be the Mangatainoka Domain Board having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Wednesday, the fifth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Library Hall, Mangatainoka, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.

MANGATAINOKA DOMAIN.

ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres 3 roods, more or less, being Sections Nos. 30, 31, and 32, Mangatainoka Village Settlement. Bounded towards the north-west by Section No. 83, Pahiatua Village Settlement, 467·6 links; towards the north-east by Section No. 33, 500 links; towards the south-east by Main Road, 429·7 links and 230·3 links; and towards the south-west by Cross Road, 443·6 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1366/14A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Also all that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 21 acres 3 roods 5 perches, more or less, being Section No. 79, Pahiatua Village Settlement. Bounded towards the north-west by river-bank south, 1116·8 links; towards the north-east by Sections Nos. 82 and 78, 1884 links; towards the south-east by Main Road, 1100·2 links; and towards the south-west by Sections Nos. 84 and 80, 2076·7 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1366/14B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
