time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act, control of such domain :
And whereas by an Order in Council made on the second day of April, one thousand nine hundred and three, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the ninth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and three, certain powers were delegated to the Stratford Domain Board for a period of ten years :
And whereas the period for which the said Board was appointed expired on the first day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen :
And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a Domain Board to control the domain :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the power conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
GEORGE NEWSHAM CURTIS,
ROBERT MCKINNEY MORISON,
THOMAS HARRY PENN,
WILLIAM PATRICK KIRKWOOD, and
PERCY THOMSON
to be the Stratford Domain Board having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act ; and doth hereby appoint Friday, the ninth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, at four o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Municipal Chambers, Broadway, Stratford, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.
STRATFORD DOMAIN.
ALL those areas in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 83 acres 1 rood 2 perches, more or less, being Sections Nos. 24 to 33, 36, 37, 38, 67 to 76, 79, 80, 81, 111 to 124, 150 to 163, 470 to 484, 509 to 518, 542 to 551, 574 to 581, 607 to 619, 639 to 651, 781, 858, 935, and 936, in the Town of Stratford, and Section 28, Block I, Ngaiere Survey District : as the same are delineated on the plans marked L. and S. 1347/11A and 1347/11B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this twelfth day of April, 1913.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act, control of such domain :
And whereas by an Order in Council made on the twentieth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and three, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the twenty-fourth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and three, certain powers were delegated to the Weedon Domain Board for a period of ten years :
And whereas the period for which the said Board was appointed expires on the nineteenth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen :
And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a Domain Board to control the domain :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the power conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

WILLIAM PHILLIPS,
LAURENCE BERNARD MANION,
DAVID WILSON, and
HENRY CURRAGH
to be the Weedon Domain Board having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act ; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the twenty-eighth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Schoolroom, Weedon, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

WEEDON DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 48 acres 2 roods 17 perches, more or less, being Reserve 1596 (in red), situate in Block XV, Rolleston Survey District, commencing at the north-west corner of Rural Section 14226, and bounded as follows : Towards the west by part Rural Section 13598, 2270·6 links ; towards the north and west by Reserve 1453, 551·5 and 1000 links respectively ; again towards the north by a public road, 1114·2 links ; towards the east by a road-line, 3170 links ; towards the south and east by part of Reserve 2357, 1166·5 and 86·2 links respectively ; and again towards the south by Rural Section 14226, 732 links : be all the aforesaid linkages more or less : as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1356/9A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

to be the Te Araroa Domain Board, having the control of the land described in the said Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act ; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the twenty-sixth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Commercial Room, Te Araroa Hotel, Te Araroa, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

ALL that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, containing by admeasurement 10 acres, more or less, being Section 21, Te Araroa Native Township. Bounded on the west by Section 20 of the said township, 885 links ; on the north by Section 12 of the said township, 1130 links ; on the east by Section 22 of the said township, 885 links ; and on the south by Pohutu Road, 1130 links : be all the aforesaid linkages more or less : as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1092/8A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
