SCHEDULE.

ALL those portions of roads in the Meadows Settlement, in the Canterbury Land District, Levels County, being roads giving access to the Meadows Settlement, and comprising all that portion commencing at its junction with Seadown Road, where the said road intersects the Railway Reserve in Block IX, Arowhenua Survey District, and extending thence in a south-westerly direction between the Railway Reserve and Sections 1, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, Block IX, of the said survey district, and terminating at the westerly corner of Section 14 aforesaid, being a distance of 59 chains or thereabouts; also all that portion commencing at the northerly corner of Section 10 aforesaid, and extending in a south-easterly direction between Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, and Sections 10, 9, 8, 7, and through Section 6, Block IX, Arowhenua Survey District, and terminating at the boundary between the said Section 6 and Reserve 2593, being a distance of 75 chains or thereabouts: as the said portions of road are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 33324, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Roads and Portions of Roads in the Manunui Township, Kaitieke County, to be County Roads.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this twelfth day of April, 1913.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the roads and portions of roads described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, be county roads.

SCHEDULE.

MANUNUI TOWNSHIP ROADS.

ALL that portion of road in the Wellington Land District, Kaitieke County, Manunui Township, commencing at the junction with Taumarunui–Ohakune Road, and proceeding in a south-easterly direction along the northern side of the North Island Main Trunk Railway line, fronting Sections 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, and 33, Manunui Township; thence along frontage of Sections 16 and 17, Manunui Township, and terminating at the junction with the Taumarunui–Ohakune Road opposite the south-eastern corner of Section 17 aforesaid, being a distance of 106 chains or thereabouts.

Also that road in the said land district and county, Manunui Township, known as School Road, commencing at the junction with the road above described, and proceeding in a north-easterly direction, fronting Sections 29 and 38, Manunui Township, and terminating at the junction with the Taumarunui–Ohakune Road, being a distance of 9 chains or thereabouts.

Also that road in the said land district and county, Manunui Township, commencing at the junction with the road first described, and proceeding in a north-easterly direction: fronting Section 17, Manunui Township, and terminating at the junction with the Taumarunui–Ohakune Road, being a distance of 10 chains or thereabouts.

Also that portion of road in the said land district and county, Manunui Township, commencing at a point about 3¼ chains east of the boundary between Sections 80 and 81, Manunui Township, and proceeding in a south-easterly direction along the south side of the North Island Main Trunk Railway line, fronting Sections 81, 97, 98, 99, 100, 101, 102, 103, 104, 105, 106, 107, 108, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, and 50, Manunui Township, and terminating at the north-eastern corner of Section 50, being a distance of 35 chains or thereabouts.

Also that portion of road in the said land district and county, Manunui Township, known as the Maukuroa Road, commencing at the junction with the road last described, and proceeding in a south-westerly direction, fronting Sections 44 and 64, Manunui Township, and terminating at a point about 1¼ chains south of the boundary between Sections 64 and 65, Manunui Township, being a distance of 14 chains or thereabouts.

Also that portion of road in the said land district and county, Manunui Township, known as the Waikura Terrace, commencing at the junction with Maukuroa Road, and proceeding in a south-easterly direction, fronting Sections 64, 63, 62, 61, 60, 59, 58, and 57, Manunui Township, and terminating at the boundary between Sections 57 and 56, Manunui Township, being a distance of 16 chains or thereabouts.

Also that portion of road in the said land district and county, Manunui Township, commencing at the junction with the Maukuroa Road, and proceeding in a north-westerly direction, fronting Sections 120, 119, and 78, Manunui Township, and terminating at the boundary between Sections 78 and 79, Manunui Township, being a distance of 22 chains or thereabouts.

As the said roads and portions of roads are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 33241, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Buddo Settlement Roads, in the Waimairi County, to be County Roads.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this twelfth day of April, 1913.

Present:

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portions of roads described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become county roads.

SCHEDULE.

ALL those portions of roads in the Buddo Settlement, in the Canterbury Land District, Waimairi County, being roads giving access to the Buddo Settlement—namely, that commencing at a point on the County Road running in a north-easterly direction along the south-eastern boundary of Section 49, Block III, Christchurch Survey District, and about 500 links north-east of the north-eastern corner of the said section, and continuing thence in a north-easterly direction along the south-eastern boundaries of Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 of Block III in said survey district, and terminating at the Kaputone Stream, being a distance of 30 chains or thereabouts.

Also that commencing at a point on the afore-mentioned road about 200 links from its commencement, and continuing thence generally in a north-westerly direction between Section 4 and Sections 3, 2, and 1, Block III, Christchurch Survey District, and terminating at the Kaputone Stream, being a distance of 17 chains or thereabouts.

Also that commencing at a point on the first-described road 900 links from its commencement, and continuing thence in a south-easterly direction between Sections 10, 11, and Sections 12, 14, and 15, Block III, Christchurch Survey District, and terminating at the Kaputone Stream, being a distance of 16 chains or thereabouts.

Also that commencing at a point on the last-described road about 1200 links from its commencement, and continuing thence in a south-westerly direction between Sections 14 and 15 and terminating at Section 16, all in Block III, Christchurch Survey District, being a distance of 6 chains or thereabouts.

As the said portions of road are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 33317, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.
