Declaring Ladbrooks Settlement Road, in the Paparua County,
to be a County Road.

LIVERPOOL, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this twelfth day
of April, 1913.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by
the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in
anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the
said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the por-
tion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and
after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of road in the Ladbrooks Settlement, in the
Canterbury Land District, Paparua County, being the road
giving access to the settlement, commencing at its junction
with Halswell Road about 35 chains north-westward from
its intersection with Ellesmere Road, in Block I, Halswell
Survey District, and extending generally in a north-easterly
direction between Sections 7 and 9 and Section 6, and ter-
minating at the south-western boundary of Section 8, all in
Block I, Halswell Survey District, being a distance of 26 chains
or thereabouts; as the said road is more particularly de-
lineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 33320, deposited in the
office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the
Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of the Owhango Road, in the Kaitieke
County, to be a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this twelfth day
of April, 1913.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by
the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in
anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the
said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and
after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of road in the Wellington Land District,
Kaitieke County, known as the Owhango Road, commencing
at the junction with the Kawauahi Road and proceeding
generally in a north-westerly direction fronting Sections 43
and 14, Block X, Hunua Survey District; thence along
frontage of Sections 26, 3, and 8, Block IX, Hunua Survey
District, and terminating at a point opposite the boundary
between Sections 8 and 12, Block IX aforesaid, being a
distance of 3 miles 40 chains or thereabouts: as the said
portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 33316, deposited in the office of the Minister
of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial
District, and thereon coloured blue.

Declaring Portion of Ahoroa Road, in the Patea County, to
be a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this twelfth day
of April, 1913.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by
the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in
anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Go-
vernor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of
road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the
date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of road in Patea County, Taranaki Land
District, known as Ahoroa Road, commencing at a point
where the Confiscation Line crosses the said road, in Section 2
(E.R.), Block VIII, Opaku Survey District, and proceeding
thence in a northerly, then north-westerly direction, and
then southerly direction generally through the said Sec-
tion 2 (E.R.); thence in a southerly direction through Sec-
tion 1, and then in a north-westerly direction through the
said Sections 1 and 2 (E.R.), Block VIII, Opaku Survey Dis-
trict, and terminating at a point near the corner of the said
Section 2 (E.R.), Block VIII, Opaku Survey District, being a
distance of 2 miles 15 chains, more or less: as the said portion
of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
P.W.D. 33329, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public
Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District,
and thereon coloured red and marked AB.

Declaring Portion of Kiwi Road, in the Clifton County, to be
a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this twelfth day
of April, 1913.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by
the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in
anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Go-
vernor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of
road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the
date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of road in the Clifton County, Taranaki
Land District, known as Kiwi Road, commencing at a point
63 chains south of the junction with Tongaporutu-Mangaroa
Road at the south-western corner of Section 6, Block XIII,
Waro Survey District, and running in a south-easterly direc-
tion generally through Section 5, Block XIII, Waro Survey
District, to the north-eastern corner of Section 13 in the said
Block XIII, being a distance of 2 miles 17 chains, more or
less; as the said portion of road is more particularly de-
lineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 33325, deposited in the
office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the
Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Roads in the Meadows Settlement, Levels County,
to be County Roads.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this twelfth day
of April, 1913.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him
by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other
powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excel-
lency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that
the roads described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and
after the date of this Order in Council, become county roads.
