Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of road in the Fyvie Settlement, in the Canterbury Land District, Selwyn County, being the road giving access to the said settlement, commencing at its junction with 2-chain road about 52 chains to the southward of the south-eastern corner of R.S. 29661, Block VI, Selwyn Survey District, and extending generally in a north-westerly direction along the north-east frontages of Sections 5 and 4, Block X, in the said survey district, and terminating at its junction with the south-easterly boundary of Section 1, Block VI, of the same survey district, being a distance of 55 chains or thereabouts; as the said road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 33321, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Kohika Settlement Road, in the Waimate County, to be a County Road.

LIVERPOOL, Governor.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this twelfth day of April, 1913.

Present:

His Excellency the Governor in Council.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of road in the Kohika No. 2 Settlement, in the Canterbury Land District, Waimate County, being the road giving access to the settlement, commencing at its junction with the county road about 7 chains north of the Makikihi River and 250 links to the south-east of the north-west corner of R.S. 25556, Block II, Waimate Survey District, and extending generally in a north-westerly direction between R.S. 25556 and Section 2; Section 1 and Section 2; through Section 2 and along the south-western boundary of Section 3, Block II, in the said survey district, and terminating at the south-east corner of Section 4, being a distance of 71 chains or thereabouts: as the said road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 33323, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of the Rawhitiroa Road, in the Eltham County, to be a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this twelfth day of April, 1913.

His Excellency the Governor in Council.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of road in the Taranaki Land District, Eltham County, known as the Rawhitiroa Road, commencing at its junction with the Moaewatea (Upper) Road, and running in a southerly direction generally along the western boundary of Section 1, Block XVI, Omona Survey District, to its junction with the Moaewatea Valley Road, being a distance of 2 miles 5 chains, more or less; as the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 33302, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of Tangahoe (Whareroa to Rehu Village) Road, in the Hawera County, to be a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this twelfth day of April, 1913.

His Excellency the Governor in Council.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

ALL that portion of road in the Taranaki Land District, Hawera County, known as the Tangahoe (Whareroa to Rehu Village) Road, commencing at its intersection with the Kaitoke Road at the westernmost corner of Section 4, Block IV, Hawera Survey District, and proceeding in a north-easterly direction generally along the north-western frontage of the said Section 4 to its junction with Pukekino Road, being a distance of 2 miles 60 chains, more or less; as the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 33327, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of Manga Road, in the Stratford County, to be a County Road.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this twelfth day of April, 1913.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

ALL that portion of road in the Stratford County, Taranaki Land District, known as Manga Road, commencing at a point in Section 2, Block XIII, Mahoe Survey District, where such road is crossed by harbour rating-line, and proceeding thence in an easterly direction generally adjoining or passing through the said Section 2, Block XIII, Taurakawa Survey District, Section 2, Block I, Taurakawa Survey District, and Section 7, Block XIII, Mahoe Survey District, to its junction with the Whaka and Mount Humphries Roads near the south-eastern corner of the said Section 7, being a distance of 1 mile 64 chains, more or less; as the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 33328, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red and marked A.B.
