Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Maungakaretu 5B 2B 2C will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui, on Friday, the 28th day of January, 1913, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That the said land be sold to John Morrell Bristowe Collier, of Ruanui, farmer, for the sum of £5 per acre.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Puketotara 2B No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui, on Tuesday, the 4th day of February, 1913, at 12 o’clock noon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That the land be sold to James Gilbert Burnet at the rate of 17s. 6d. per acre.”

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Puketotara 2C 2B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui, on Tuesday, the 4th day of February, 1913, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That the said land be sold to Frank Williams for 17s. 6d. per acre.”

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangaiohinehau No. 4B 1 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Gisborne, on Monday, the 3rd day of February, 1913, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That the land be sold to Tiemi Wirihana at the Government capital value or such other price as may be agreed upon.”

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kaiti 313 No. 2C 2C Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Gisborne, on Monday, the 3rd day of February, 1913, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—

“ That the said land be sold to William Cooper, of Gisborne, licensed interpreter, at a price not less than the Government capital value; or, in the alternative

“ That the said land be leased to the said William Cooper for a term of twenty-one years at a rental not less than 5 per cent. on the Government capital value, and with the right to a renewal for a further term of twenty-one years or with the right to compensation for improvements.”

“ That the land be sold to Jessie Ada Pyke at the Government capital value.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waione No. 2B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Ruato, Rotoiti, on Thursday, the 30th day of January, 1913, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That a proposed sale of the timber growing on the said land to Christopher Frederick Naden shall be agreed to.”
