REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land
District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners
of Waione will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the
Native Land Act, 1909, at Ruato, Rotoiti, on Thursday, the
30th day of January, 1913, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon,
for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolu-
tion :—

“ That a proposed sale of the timber growing on the said
land to John O’Brien shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land
District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners
of Rotoiti No. 3L will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of
the Native Land Act, 1909, at Ohinemutu, on Saturday, the
1st day of February, 1913, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for
the purpose of considering the following proposed resolu-
tion :—

“ That a proposed lease of the said land to Te Hiwi
Mariana (Hugh Macpherson) shall be agreed to.”

of Matata, Lot 7, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII
of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Ohinemutu, on Saturday,
the 1st day of February, 1913, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon,
for the purpose of considering the following proposed
resolution :—

“ That a proposed sale or, in the alternative, a proposed
lease of the said land to Albert James Abbott shall be agreed
to.”

day, the 10th day of February, 1913, at 10 o’clock in the
forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following pro-
posed resolution :—

“ That a proposed sale of the said land to George Maxwell
shall be agreed to.”

Monday, the 3rd day of February, 1913, at 4 o’clock in the
afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following pro-
posed resolution :—

“ That a proposed lease of the said land to George Powell
shall be agreed to.”
