Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ngapakihi No. 3D will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Raetihi, on Friday, the 24th day of January, 1913, at half-past 2 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:
“That the timber thereon be sold to Francis John Carter, of Ohakune, sawmiller, at the price of £7 per acre, and that he be allowed twenty-one years in which to cut and remove same. Payment for timber to be made half-yearly at the rate of 10s. per acre until amount payable for timber is paid, and to commence one year after completion of timber grant.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waimarino 5B No. 8 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui, on Tuesday, the 28th day of January, 1913, at 12 o'clock noon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:
“That the land be leased to William McDonnell for forty-two years at 9d. per acre for twenty-one years, and at a rental of 5 per cent. on the unimproved value for twenty-one years.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ngapakihi No. 1 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Raetihi, on Friday, the 24th day of January, 1913, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:
“That the timber standing or being on the said land be sold to William George Pearce, of Cambridge, timber merchant, for the sum of £10 per acre, payable by equal half-yearly instalments of 10s. per acre, and that ten years be allowed for the cutting and removing of the timber.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waimarino F (420 acres) will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Taihape, on Saturday, the 25th day of January, 1913, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:
“That the said land be leased to Rangimanawanui Ranginui, of Kakahi, for a term of forty-two years, at a rental of 9d. per acre for the first twenty-one years, and at a rental equivalent to 5 per cent. on the then Government unimproved value for the last twenty-one years. Such lease to contain the usual covenants.”

REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waimarino 5B No. 2, 1,583 acres and 26 perches, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Raetihi, on Friday, the 24th day of January, 1913, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:
“That the said land be leased to Tarete Ranginui and Rou Ariki for a term of forty-two years at a rental of 1s. per acre for the first twenty-one years, and at a rental of 5 per cent. on the then Government valuation for a further term of twenty-one years.”

REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waimarino Reserve A No. 12, 1,225 acres, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui, on Tuesday, the 28th day of January, 1913, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:
“That the land be leased to William Coffin, farmer, of Kopua, for forty-two years at 1s. 6d. per acre for twenty-one years, and at a rental equal to 5 per cent. on the Government unimproved value for twenty-one years.”
