HIS Excellency the Governor has been pleased, in exercise of the power conferred upon him by section 6 of the Tauranga Harbour Act, 1908, to appoint Wednesday, the 12th day of February, 1913, to be the date for the election of the first members of the Tauranga Harbour Board, and Wednesday, the 5th day of March, 1913, at 2.30 p.m., to be the date and time for the first meeting of the Board; and His Excellency has further appointed CHARLES LOWE, of Tauranga, to be the Returning Officer for the conduct of such election.
