of Raetihi, to be the Returning Officer for the purpose of conducting the first election of Commissioners of the Town District of Raetihi, County of Waimarino, as constituted by the Town Boards Act, 1908; also to appoint Monday, the 13th day of January, 1913, to be the date, and the Council Chambers, Seddon Street, Raetihi, to be the place, at which such first election shall be held; and also to appoint Monday, the 20th day of January, 1913, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, to be the time, and the said Council Chambers, Seddon Street, Raetihi, to be the place, at which the first meeting of the said Commissioners shall be held.
