IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section five of the Government Railways Amend-
ment Act, 1910 (No. 2), and of all other powers and autho-
rities him enabling in that behalf, His Excellency the
Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by
and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby fix the fees set out
in the Schedule hereto for the preparation of Proclama-
tions, Orders in Council, deeds, leases, agreements,
assignments, and for indorsing consents on mortgages,
assignments, or subleases, and for preparing or consent-
ing to any other document of a like nature.

Declaring Portion of the Gisborne to Wairoa via Te Arai
Valley Road, in the Cook County, to be a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this twenty-
ninth day of November, 1912.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by
the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in
anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the
said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion
of the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and
after the date of this Order in Council, become a county
road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of road in the Hawke’s Bay Land District,
Cook County, known as the Gisborne to Wairoa via Te Arai
Valley Road, commencing at its junction with the Te Arai
Valley Road near the north-eastern corner of Tapoto N.R. in
Block XI, Patutahi Survey District, and extending in a
westerly direction through the Tapoto Native Reserve and
part of Waimata Native Reserve, situated in Block XI, Patu-
tahi Survey District, to the first crossing of the Waimata
Stream, being a distance of 1 mile 30 chains, more or less ;
as the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on
the plan marked P.W.D. 32707, deposited in the office of the
Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington
Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Road in Kumeti Block, Dannevirke County, to be a
County Road.

north-eastern side of Sections 50, 49, and 48 to the south-
eastern boundary of Section 9, all in Block I, Tahorai te Sur-
vey District, being a distance of about 1 mile 10 chains, more
or less ; as the said road is more particularly delineated on
the plan marked P.W.D. 32743, deposited in the office of the
Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington
Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.
