Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House, at Wellington, this thirtieth day of November, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twelve.

Stopping a Government Road in Block IV, Newcastle Survey District.

(L.S.) ISLINGTON, Governor.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS by paragraph (c) of section one hundred and thirty-three of the Public Works Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may, by Proclamation publicly notified, stop or alter the course of any Government road or any part thereof:

And whereas the Government road described in the Schedule hereto is no longer required for the purposes of a road:

Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the above-in-part-recited Act, and of all other powers in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim as stopped the road in Newcastle Survey district described in the Schedule hereto.
