as amended by section seven of the Local Bodies’ Loans Amendment Act, 1910, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby validate the said special roll and also the poll of the ratepayers on the said proposal to raise the said loan, and doth hereby order and declare that the proceedings relative to such loan shall not be called in question by reason of the irregularities aforesaid.

At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this twenty-first day of October, 1912.

THE HONOURABLE W. F. MASSEY PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the lands described in the Schedule hereto have been permanently reserved for public cemeteries: And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor, it is expedient to vest the said reserves in the Grey County Council: Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the fourth section of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserves described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the Grey County, in trust, for public cemeteries.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Westland Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 roods, more or less, being Reserve No. 1041, Block XI, Waiwhero Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by Crown land, 147·3 links; towards the east by Crown land, 141·9 links; towards the south-east by Crown land, 111·2 links; towards the south-west by a public road, 179 links and 245·2 links; and towards the north-west by Crown land, 234·9 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1912/524a, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Bounded towards the north-west by Crown land, 131 links, and road reserve, 137·7 links, being a total distance of 268·7 links; towards the north-east by road reserve, 396 links; towards the south-east by road reserve, 268·7 links; and towards the south-west by Crown land, 396 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1912/524b, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Authorizing the Exchange of Settlement Land in the Auckland Land District for other Land.
ISLINGTON, Governor.
WHEREAS by section seventy-two of the Land for Settlements Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time exchange any settlement land for any other land, and may on such exchange pay or receive any sum by way of equality of exchange: And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor, it is expedient to exchange the settlement land described in Part I of the Schedule hereto for the land described in Part II of the said Schedule, and the owner of the land described in the second part of the said Schedule has agreed to such exchange: Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the said section seventy-two, do hereby authorize the exchange of the settlement land described in Part I of the Schedule hereto for the land described in Part II of the said Schedule.
