ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 acres 2 roods, more or less, being Lots 1 to 14 (inclusive) of Block X, Waharoa Township. Bounded towards the north-east by a public road, 875 links; towards the south-east by a public road, 400 links; towards the south-west by a public road, 875 links; and towards the north-west by a public road, 400 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1912/175A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged purple. Notifying Lands in the City of Wellington for Sale by Public Auction.
ISLINGTON, Governor.
IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the one-hundred-and-twenty-sixth section of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint Tuesday, the third day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twelve, as the time at which the lands described in the Schedule hereto shall be sold by public auction; and I do hereby fix the prices at which the said lands shall be sold as those mentioned in the said Schedule hereto.

Description and Locality.
Slightly graded land. Situated about 10 chains north of the Thorndon Quay tram-terminus, between the Hutt Road and Sar Street. Sections have each a frontage of about 74 ft. to the Hutt Road, and are eminently suitable for warehouses, stores, bonds, or factory-sites.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-ninth day of October, one thousand hundred and twelve.
