SECOND-CLASS LAND.

Lake County.—Upper Wakatipu Survey District.

Weighted with £10 0s. 6d., valuation for fencing.
Open, flat land, with fairly good soil ; well watered, and
sometimes subject to flood. Situated about two miles and a
half from Glenorchy School and post-office.

Vincent County.—Lower Wanaka Survey District.

The greater part of the area is flat, and the soil is patchy,
some of it being good, the remainder light and gravelly. The
land is dry, but has a frontage to the Molyneux River. Situ-
ated about a mile from Albert Town Post-office, a mile and
a half from a school, and four miles and a half from Pembroke
by good roads.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this fifteenth day of October, one thousand nine
hundred and twelve.
