river to its intersection by a right line running from
Uraura Trig. Station to Lake Taupo at the mouth of
of the Waihora Stream; thence towards the south-east by
that line to the mouth of the said Waihora Stream; thence
towards the south-west by a right line to Pureora Trig.
Station; thence towards the south by a right line to the
summit over the Poro-o-tarao Tunnel; thence by a right
line to Okiwiriki Trig. Station; thence towards the south-
west by a right line to the confluence of the Mapara
Stream and the Mokau River; thence towards the west
and north-west generally by the Mokau River to a point
in line with Tokapiko and Kapuhipuhi Trig. Stations;
thence by a right line to the said Kapuhipuhi Trig.
Station; thence by a right line to Rangitoto Trig. Station;
and thence by a right line to Pamotumotu Trig. Station,
the place of commencement.

ONGARUE DISTRICT.

Bounded towards the north by a right line from Okiwi-
riki Trig. Station to the summit over the Poro-o-tarao
Tunnel; thence by a right line to Pureora Trig. Station;
thence towards the east generally by the summit of the
range over Weraroa and Tuhingamata Trig. Stations to
Motere Trig. Station; thence towards the south generally
by a right line to Hikurangi Trig. Station; thence by the
northern boundary of Rangitoto-Tuhua No. 52 Block
(Hikurangi) to the Ongaruhe River; thence by that river
to the southernmost corner of the Pukepoto Block; thence
by the south-western boundary of that block to the Koro-
miko Stream; thence by that stream to the Ohura River;
thence by a right line to the south-eastern corner of Sec-
tion No. 9, Block XVI, Aria Survey District; thence
towards the west generally by the last-mentioned section
and Sections Nos. 15, 14, 11, 12, and 13, Block XII,
Aria Survey District, to the Mangapapa Road; thence by
that road to Section No. 8, Block XII aforesaid; thence
by Sections Nos. 8, 5, and 2 to the Ohura-Mokau Road;
thence by that road to the southernmost corner of Section
No. 2, Block VIII, Aria Survey District; thence by
Sections Nos. 2 and 1 to Rangipuanoano Trig. Station;
and thence by a right line to Okiwiriki Trig. Station, the
place of commencement.

ARIA DISTRICT.

All that area bounded towards the north-east by a right
line from the confluence of the Mapara Stream and the
Mokau River to the Okiwiriki Trig. Station; thence to-
wards the east generally by a right line to Rangipuanoano
Trig. Station; thence by the south-eastern boundaries of
Sections Nos. 1 and 2, Block VIII, Aria Survey District,
and across a road to the Waikaka Stream; thence towards
the south-east generally by the said Waikaka Stream to
a point due east of Mangamiro Trig. Station; thence by
a right line to that trig. station; thence by a right line
to Puketawai Trig. Station; thence by a right line to the
source of the Panirau Stream, and by that stream to the
Mokau River; and thence towards the west and north-
west generally by the Mokau River to the Mapara Stream,
the place of commencement.

MANGAROA DISTRICT.

All that area bounded towards the north generally by
the Mokau River from the sea to the Panirau Stream;
thence by that stream to its source; thence by a right line
to Puketawai Trig. Station; thence by a right line to
Mangamiro Trig. Station; thence by a line running due
east to the Waikaka Stream; thence by that stream to
the Ohura-Mokau Road; thence towards the east gene-
rally by the Ohura-Mokau Road to the northernmost
corner of Section No. 2, Block XII, Aria Survey District;
thence by the eastern boundaries of Sections Nos. 2, 5,
and 8, Block XII aforesaid, to Mangapapa Road; thence
by that road to the northernmost corner of Section No. 13,
Block XII aforesaid; thence by the eastern boundaries of
Sections Nos. 13, 12, 11, 14, and 15, Block XII, and the
eastern boundary of Section No. 9, Block XVI, Aria
Survey District, to the south-eastern corner of the last-
mentioned section; thence by a right line to the confluence
of the Koromiko Stream with the Ohura River; thence by
that river to a point due north of Puketawai Trig. Sta-
tion; thence by a right line to that trig. station; thence
by a right line to Te Tawa Trig. Station; thence by the
northern boundary of Rangiriri Block to the Otunui
Stream; thence by that stream to its confluence with the
Wanganui River; thence by the Wanganui River to the
39th parallel of south latitude; thence towards the south
by the said 39th parallel to a point in line with the north-
eastern boundary-line of Section No. 1, Block III, Pouatu
Survey District; thence towards the south-west generally
by a right line to the easternmost corner of the said
Section No. 1; thence by that section to Trig. Station R
on Mangapapa; thence by the summit of the range over
Mount Dampier to the southern watershed of the Mohaka-
tino River; thence by the said southern watershed to the
trig. station on the summit of Mount Tiger; thence by a
right line running due west to the sea; and thence to-
wards the west by the sea to the mouth of the Mokau
River, the place of commencement.

TAUMARUNUI DISTRICT.

All that area bounded towards the north by the Koro-
miko Stream from the Ohura River to the south-western
boundary of Pukepopo Block near Pukepopo Trig. Sta-
tion; thence by that block to the Ongaruhe River; thence
by that river to the northern boundary of Rangitoto-Tuhua
No. 52 Block (Hikurangi); thence by the northern bound-
ary of that block to Hikurangi Trig. Station; thence by
a right line to Motere Trig. Station; thence towards the
east generally by the summit of the range over Hauhu-
garoa Trig. Station to Maungaku Trig. Station; thence
towards the south generally by a right line running due
west to the Wanganui River; thence by that river to a
point in line with the south-eastern boundary of Native
Reserve No. 6 in Block V, Hunua Survey District; thence
by a right line to and by the said south-eastern boundary
to the Makokomiko Road; thence by that road to the
Makokomiko Stream; thence by that stream to the Wa-
ganui River; thence by the Wanganui River to the
confluence of the Otunui Stream with that river;
thence towards the west by the Otunui Stream to the
northern boundary of Rangiriri Block; thence by the
northern boundary of that block to Te Tawa Trig.
Station; thence by a right line to Puketawai Trig. Sta-
tion; thence by a right line running due north to the
Ohura River; and thence by the Ohura River to the
Koromiko Stream, the place of commencement.

OWHANGO DISTRICT.

All that area bounded towards the north generally by
the Wanganui River from the confluence of the Otunui
Stream with that river to the Makokomiko Stream; thence
by that stream to the Makokomiko Road; thence by that
road to the south-eastern boundary of Native Reserve
No. 6 in Block V, Hunua Survey District; thence by that
reserve and the production of its south-eastern boundary
to the Wanganui River; thence by that river to a point
due west of Maungaku Trig. Station; thence by a right
line to that trig. station; thence by the summit of the
range over Maungakatote Trig. Station to the north-eastern
corner of Block IV, Tongariro Survey District; thence
towards the east by the eastern watershed of the Wa-
ganui River to Tongariro Trig. Station; thence by a
right line to Ngauruhoe Trig. Station; thence by a right
line running in the direction of Paratetaitonga Trig.
Station to the northern boundary of Ruapehu Survey Dis-
trict; thence towards the south by Manganui Riding of
Kaitieke County to the northern boundary of Waimarino
County; thence by the said Waimarino County to the
Wanganui River; and thence towards the west generally
by the Wanganui River to the confluence of the Otunui
Stream with that river, the place of commencement.

RAETIHI DISTRICT.

All that area bounded towards the north generally by
the northern boundary of Waimarino County from the
Wanganui River to Manganui Riding of Kaitieke County;
thence by part of the western boundary and part of the
northern boundary of the said Manganui Riding to the
north-western corner of Block II, Ruapehu Survey Dis-
trict; thence towards the east by Blocks II and VI to
the Ngahuinga Stream; thence by that stream to the
