NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding-up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 13th day of September, 1912, presented to Mr. Justice Edwards, a Judge of the Supreme Court, by THOMAS LOUDON DRUMMOND, Ironmonger, WILLIAM ROBERT PATTERSON, Boatman, and JOHN WILKINSON, Timber-merchant, all of Whangarei, in the Provincial District of Auckland; and the said petition is directed to be heard before a Judge of the Supreme Court on the 9th day of October, 1912; and any creditor or contributor of the said company desirous of opposing the making of an order for the winding-up of the said company under the above Act should appear at the time of hearing, by himself or his counsel, for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributor of the said company requiring the same, by the undersigned on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

I, ROBERT THOMSON ST. LAWRENCE, heretofore called and known by the name of ROBERT THOMSON, of the City of Wellington, Clerk, hereby give public notice that on the 13th day of September, 1912, I formally and absolutely renounced, relinquished, and abandoned the use of my said surname of THOMSON as my last and principal surname, and then assumed and adopted and determined thenceforth on all occasions whatsoever to use and subscribe the name of ROBERT THOMSON ST. LAWRENCE instead of the said name of ROBERT THOMSON. And I give further notice that by a deed-poll dated the 13th day of September, 1912, duly executed and attested, and intended to be enrolled in the office of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, at Wellington, I formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the said surname of THOMSON as my last and principal surname, and declared that I had assumed and adopted and intended thenceforth upon all occasions whatsoever to use and subscribe the name of ROBERT THOMSON ST. LAWRENCE instead of ROBERT THOMSON, and so as to be at all times thereafter called, known, and described by the name of ROBERT THOMSON ST. LAWRENCE exclusively.

ELECTION OF TWO MEMBERS OF THE PHARMACY BOARD OF NEW ZEALAND FOR THE WELLINGTON (CENTRAL) DISTRICT.
To be elected by the registered pharmaceutical chemists residing within the District of Wellington, the boundaries of which are the same as those of the Provincial Districts of Wellington, Hawke’s Bay, Nelson, and Marlborough.
NOTICE is hereby given that it is my intention to proceed, on Friday, the 25th day of October, 1912, to the election of two duly registered pharmaceutical chemists of New Zealand to serve as members of the Pharmacy Board of New Zealand, in place of ARTHUR HOBSON and LEONARD S. W. MCKENZIE, who retire by effluxion of time, but are eligible for re-election.
All candidates must be nominated in the manner provided by the regulations on or before Monday, the 7th day of October, 1912, at 4 p.m., nominations closing at the office of the Registrar, Routh’s Buildings, Featherston Street, Wellington, where nomination forms may be obtained.
