THE LADY ROXBURGH GOLD-DREDGING COMPANY (LIMITED).

AN extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of the Lady Roxburgh Gold-dredging Company (Limited) was held in the registered office of the company, 116 Lower Rattray Street, Dunedin, on Monday, 16th July, 1912, at 4 p.m., when the following extraordinary resolution was proposed, seconded, and duly carried:—

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the shareholders that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily; and that there be appointed a Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up of the affairs of the company and the distribution of its assets.

“That P. H. Power, of Dunedin, be hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up of the affairs of the company and the distribution of its assets, at fee of twenty-five guineas.”

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore existing between ALEXANDER EDWARD HALLIGAN and ALPHONSO MOOSMAN, carrying on business as Plumbers in Victoria Avenue, Wanganui, under the style or firm of “Halligan and Moosman,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 2nd day of November, 1912. All debts due and owing by the late firm will be received and paid respectively by the said ALEXANDER EDWARD HALLIGAN, who will continue to carry on the said business in his own name.
