Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Maungatautari No. 3A Section 7B No. 2 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Whatawhata, on Tuesday, the 8th day of October, 1912, at 3 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be leased to James Keville for a term of forty-two years, at an annual rental of 1s. 3d. per acre during first twenty-one years, and 3s. per acre during remaining twenty-one years.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto-Tuhua No. 76A Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti, on Wednesday, the 9th day of October, 1912, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be sold to James Bennett for the sum of £1 per acre.”

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Hauturu East B No. 2 Section 2F No. 2A Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Otorohanga, on Monday, the 7th day of October, 1912, at 11.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—
“ (1.) That the said land be leased to John Willis and William Ray Ellingham for a term of forty-two years at a rental of 1s. 9d. per acre for first twenty-one years, and 3s. 6d. per acre for balance of term.
“ (2.) That the said land be leased to Flora Rebecca Vicary for a term of forty-two years at a rental of 1s. 6d. per acre for first twenty-one years, and 3s. per acre for balance of term.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto-Tuhua No. 1 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Taumarunui, on Tuesday, the 8th day of October, 1912, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the timber be sold to Willis Ide Combs for £2,108 5s., and the land be sold to Daniel Long, of Auckland, for £820.”

“ That the said land be sold to Henry Ingham for the sum of £1 10s. per acre.”

“ (1.) That the said land be sold to A. W. Jones for the sum of £2 per acre.
“ (2.) That the said land be sold to William Goodison for the sum of £2 per acre.”

“ That the said land be leased to Thomas Carroll for forty-two years at a rental of 1s. per acre per annum for first twenty-one years, and 2s. per acre per annum for last twenty-one years.”
