Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Otioro No. 1B Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Pahi, on Tuesday, the 8th day of October, 1912, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That the said land be sold to William Ross, of Kaiwaka, farmer, for the sum of 18s. per acre.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Taupo Block, Section 24, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaeo, on Monday, the 7th day of October, 1912, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That the said block, containing 50 acres, be sold to Lars Larensen Hasle, of Russell, for the sum of £1 per acre or the amount of a special Government valuation, whichever is the greater; or, in the alternative, that such land be leased for a term of fifty years at a rental for the first twenty-five years of 5 per cent. of the present Government valuation, and for the second twenty-five years at a rental of 5 per cent. of the Government unimproved valuation existing immediately at the expiration of the first twenty-five years.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Manukau D Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaitaia, on Friday, the 4th day of October, 1912, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That the said land be sold to Fergus Gale Dunlop and others at a price of 25s. per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Pukepoto No. 6 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaitaia, on Friday, the 4th day of October, 1912, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That the said land be sold to Daniel Hugh Lewis, of Okaihau, for the sum of £3 per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Pukepoto No. 6 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaitaia, on Friday, the 4th day of October, 1912, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That the said land be sold to L. Penholz, of Auckland, at the price of £1 per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Komiti No. 2B Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Pahi, on Tuesday, the 8th day of October, 1912, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—

“ 1. That the said land, containing 2,672 acres, more or less, be sold to Elsie Vale, of Auckland, for the sum of 19s. per acre, being not less than the present Government valuation of the land.

“ 2. That the said land, containing 985 acres, more or less, be sold to Minnie Hanna, wife of Thomas Hanna, of Auckland, settler, for the sum of 19s. per acre, being not less than the present Government valuation of the land.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Otangaroa No. 1B Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaeo, on Monday, the 7th day of October, 1912, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land be accepted.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto A No. 29B Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Otorohanga, on Monday, the 7th day of October, 1912, at 11.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land, or any part thereof, at Government valuation shall be accepted.”
