THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ngamahanga No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Otorohanga, on Monday, the 7th day of October, 1912, at 11.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the said land be sold to Charles Searancke for the sum of £2 per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Paewhare No. 3, 111 acres 2 roods, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui, on Thursday, the 10th day of October, 1912, at 11.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the said block be sold to Rubina May Baldwin, of Turakina, at a price of £550.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Paewhare No. 2, 50 acres, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui, on Thursday, the 10th day of October, 1912, at 12 o’clock noon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the said block be sold to Rubina May Baldwin, of Turakina, at a price equal to the present Government valuation thereof.”

“That the land be sold to Mabel Glasgow, wife of Nathaniel Glasgow, of Turakina, Farmer, at the price of £216.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waipu 1B No. 2, 257 acres 3 roods 15 perches, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui, on Thursday, the 10th day of October, 1912, at 2.30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the said block of land be sold to Maiangi Eruera for the sum of £1,094.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Para Para 2B21, 78 acres, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui, on Friday, the 11th day of October, 1912, at 12 o’clock noon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the said block of land be sold to Miss Agnes O’Neill for the sum of £4 per acre.”

REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Puketerata 4H, 647 acres 2 roods, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui, on Friday, the 11th day of October, 1912, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the said block (excepting the portion taken for scenic purposes and a reserve of 50 acres) be leased to Emily Fortington for a term of forty-two years at a rental of 5s. per acre for the first twenty-one years, and at a rental equal to 5 per cent. on the unimproved value thereof for the remaining twenty-one years. Such lease to contain usual covenants.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Te Tuhi 4c No. 2, 488 acres 1 rood 13 perches, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui, on Friday, the 11th day of October, 1912, at 2.30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the said block of land be sold to Francis Augustus Gibson, of Raorakia, farmer, at 15s. per acre.”

REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangiwaea 4F16 4B No. 3 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui, on Saturday, the 12th day of October, 1912, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the said land (reserving thereout an area of 86 acres in the centre of the block and that portion of the block containing about 14 acres on the eastern side of the Wangaheu Valley Road) be leased to John Thomas Walker, of Karioi, farmer, for a period of forty-two years at the annual rental of 2s. per acre for the first twenty-one years, and at a rental equivalent to 5 per cent. of the Government unimproved value of the said land at the termination of said term of twenty-one years for the balance of the said term of forty-two years: the said rent to be paid half-yearly in advance, and the lease to contain all usual and proper terms and conditions to be approved by the Aotea Board.”
