Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waibapa No. 2D Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaeo, on Monday, the 7th day of October, 1912, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land be accepted.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Oturu No. 2C Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaitaia, on Friday, the 4th day of October, 1912, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That the said land be sold to Ivy Maude Evans, wife of Edward A. Evans, for the sum of £1 per acre or the amount of the present Government valuation, whichever is the greater.”

“ That the said land be sold to Sydney Burk Berghan at the price of 8s. an acre.”

“ That the said land be sold to Daniel Hugh Lewis at the price of £3 per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Otioro No. 3 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Pahi, on Tuesday, the 8th day of October, 1912, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That the said land be sold to William Ross, of Kaiwaka, farmer, at 12s. per acre, the vendors to pay all expenses incurred by the purchaser in obtaining a title, provided such expenses do not bring the price below the Government valuation.”
