PUNIU DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 6 acres and 36 perches, more or less, being Lot No. 6 and parts of Lots Nos. 5, 7, and 8 of Allotment No. 236, Parish of Mangapiko. Bounded towards the north-west by a public road, 670 links; towards the north-east by part of Lot No. 5, 452 links and 259·4 links; towards the south-east by a public road, 619·9 links, and parts of Lots Nos. 7 and 8, 303·9 links; and towards the south-west by part of Lot No. 8, 947·4 links: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1029/25A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.
Also all that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 8 acres 3 roods 8 perches, more or less, being Allotment No. 54A, Mangapiko Parish (Block XIV, Hamilton Survey District). Bounded towards the north by a public road 100 links wide, 1072·4 links; towards the east and south by Allotment 54, Mangapiko Parish, 940 and 937·9 links respectively; and towards the west by a public road 100 links wide along the Ngaroto Lake, 949·3 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1029/25B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. Exempting the North-eastern and North-western Side of Portion of District Road, in the Bay Town District, from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to certain Conditions as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this nineteenth day of August, 1912.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by subsection one of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, it is, inter alia, provided that the said section shall not apply in any case where a local authority having control of a road or street by resolution declares that the provisions thereof shall not apply to any specified road or street, or any specified part thereof, and such resolution is approved by the Governor in Council:
And whereas by subsection two of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, and clause (b) of subsection one of section thirteen of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1911, it is provided that such approval may be either absolute or subject to such conditions as the Governor in Council thinks fit to impose, and may refer to one or both sides of the road or street:
And whereas the Bay Town Board, the local authority having control of the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto, did by resolution declare that the provisions of the said section one hundred and seventeen should not apply to the said portion of road:
And whereas it is deemed expedient that such resolution should be approved in so far as it refers to the north-eastern and north-western side of that part of the said road, subject to the conditions hereinafter mentioned:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the above-in-part-recited Acts, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the said resolution to the extent hereinbefore mentioned, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall be erected at any time within thirty-three feet of the centre-line of the north-eastern and north-western side of that part of District Road described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of District Road adjoining the south-eastern boundary of Sections 9 and 123R, Block V, Anderson’s Bay District, and part of the south-western boundary of the said Section 9; as the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 31791, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

Extension of Time for Preparation of County Rolls, &c., Featherston County.
ISLINGTON, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this nineteenth day of August, 1912.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS it has been made to appear that the preparation of the rolls for the County of Featherston, and the taking of certain steps consequent on such preparation, cannot be made and taken within the times mentioned in the Counties Act, 1908, and it is expedient to extend the said times respectively:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon him by the said Counties Act, 1908, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the several dates mentioned in the Schedule hereto shall be the respective dates for taking the several steps set out in the said Schedule.
SCHEDULE.

For preparing the defaulters list and the rolls for the ridings within the County of Featherston: Until the 22nd day of August, 1912.

Time for which such list and rolls shall be open for inspection: From the 27th day of August, 1912, to the 16th day of September, 1912.

Time for appeals against the said rolls: Until the 30th day of September, 1912.

Revision Courts may sit for hearing applications with reference to the said rolls, and adjourn: Until the 21st day of October, 1912.

Time when the said rolls, having been duly corrected and signed, shall come into force: On the 1st day of November, 1912.

Fixing Fees for Dealings with Leases of Education Reserves.
ISLINGTON, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this nineteenth day of August, 1912.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section ten of the Education Reserves Amendment Act, 1911 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Land Board shall charge such fees for the preparation and approval of leases and for the approval of transfers, subleases, and mortgages in respect to the reserves and endowments administered by it as the Governor in Council by regulations in that behalf from time to time prescribes:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby prescribe that the fees set forth in the Schedule hereto shall be charged by Land Boards for the preparation and approval of leases and for the approval of transfers, subleases, and mortgages in respect to the said reserves and endowments.
