NOTICE is hereby given that the special resolution set out at the foot hereof has been duly passed by the company on the 15th day of July, 1912, in manner provided by subsection (6) of section 168 of the Companies Act, 1908.
Resolution.
“That, with a view of changing the name of the company, it is desirable to reconstruct the company, and, accordingly, that the company be wound up voluntarily; and that OLIVER NICHOLSON, of Auckland, Solicitor, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.”
