NOTICE OF CHANGE OF NAME.

I, WILLIAM CAMPBELL, of Christchurch, in the Provincial District of Canterbury and Dominion of New Zealand, Clerk, hereby give public notice that on the nineteenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twelve, I formally and absolutely renounced, relinquished, and abandoned the use of my rightful names of DAVID BELL, and assumed and adopted and determined thenceforth on all occasions whatsoever to use and subscribe the names of WILLIAM CAMPBELL instead of the said names of DAVID BELL. And I give further notice that by a deed-poll dated the nineteenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twelve, duly executed and attested and enrolled in the Supreme Court of New Zealand, I formally and absolutely renounced the said names of DAVID BELL, and declared that I had assumed and adopted and intended thenceforth upon all occasions whatsoever to use and subscribe the names of WILLIAM CAMPBELL instead of DAVID BELL, and so as to be at all times thereafter called, known, and described by the names of WILLIAM CAMPBELL exclusively.
