towards such cost and the Oroua County Council shall pay the remainder of such cost respectively :
And I do hereby further direct that any contribution hereby required to be made as aforesaid by the Feilding Borough Council shall be paid out of the funds of the said Borough Council, within a period of one month after demand in writing made by or on behalf of the Oroua County Council; and such payments shall be made to the Clerk of the Oroua County Council for and on behalf of the said Borough Council.
SCHEDULE.
That bridge over the Oroua River, together with the approaches and protective works thereto, situated on Feilding Road, and known as the Oroua River Bridge at Menzies Ford, in the Oroua County, Wellington Land District; as the site of the said bridge, approaches, and protective works are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 27990, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this nineteenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twelve.

RANGIORA ROAD BOARD.
Special Order authorizing Payment of Interest and Sinking Fund on Ashley Traffic-bridge Loan out of General Fund.
In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodiesβ Loans Act, 1908, the Rangiora Road Board hereby resolves (by way of special order) as follows : That all payments on account of interest and sinking fund on the Ashley Traffic-bridge Loan of Β£900, secured by special rate of 1/64 of a penny in the pound on the rateable value of all rateable property within the Rangiora Road District, levied on the 12th day of May, 1911, be paid out of the general fund of the Board.
Adopted by the Rangiora Road Board on the 13th day of October, 1911, and confirmed as a special order on the 14th day of November, 1911; and the common seal of the Inhabitants of the Rangiora Road District was hereunto affixed by order of the Board this 14th day of November, 1911.
