BOROUGH OF TE KUITI.
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND.
In the matter of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1908, and the Public Works Act, 1908.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Te Kuiti Borough Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work—namely, the establishment and construction of electric-light works—and for the purpose of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk to the said Council, situate in Rora Street, Te Kuiti, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public work, or by the taking of the said land, must state their objections in writing, and send the same, within forty days from the first publication of this notice—viz., the 27th day of April, 1912—to the Town Clerk at the Council Chambers, Rora Street, Te Kuiti.

NOTICE is hereby given that, owing to the disposal to REID AND GRAY (LIMITED) of the business lately carried on by the undersigned under the firm and style of “REID AND GRAY,” the Partnership hitherto subsisting between us has been dissolved as from the 19th day of April, 1912.
The company will continue to carry on the business at the former premises, No. 204 Crawford Street, Dunedin, with branches throughout the Dominion.
