SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of road in the Taranaki Land District, Whangamomona County, known as the Kohuratahi Road, commencing at its junction with the Whitianga Road, and proceeding thence in a south-easterly direction generally along the frontage of Section 2, and part of Section 1 E.R., Block XV, Pouatu Survey District; thence in a north-easterly direction generally through the said Section 1 E.R., across the Tangarakau River (including the suspension bridge), and through part of Section 4, Block XVI, Pouatu Survey District, and terminating at a point about 18 chains north-east of the said Tangarahau Suspension Bridge, being a distance of 1 mile 14 chains, more or less: as the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 31545, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of Tangahoe-Whareroa Road to Rehu Village, in the Hawera County, to be a County Road.

At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this nineteenth day of April, 1912.

THE HONOURABLE T. MACKENZIE, F.R.G.S., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of road in the Taranaki Land District, Hawera County, known as Tangahoe-Whareroa Road to Rehu Village, commencing at the westernmost point of Section 6, Block III, Hawera Survey District, and proceeding in a north-easterly direction generally along the frontage of the said Section 6, and along part of the frontage of Section 2, Block IV, Hawera Survey District, to its junction with Kaitoke Road, being a distance of 2 miles 38 chains, more or less; as the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 31547, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

ALL that portion of road situated in the Eltham County, Taranaki Land District, known as the Rawhitiroa Road, commencing at its junction with the Moeawatea Road on the south-eastern boundary of Section 5, Block XII, Omona Survey District, and proceeding thence in a south-easterly direction generally along the frontage of Section 8, Block XII, Omona Survey District, and terminating at the south-eastern corner of the said Section 8, being a distance of 3 miles 4 chains, more or less; as the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 31563, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

ALL that road in the Taranaki Land District, Clifton County, known as Kiwi Road, commencing at its junction with the Tongaporutu to Mangaroa Road and proceeding in a south-westerly direction generally along the frontage of Section 6, Block XIII, Waro Survey District, to the northernmost point of Section 5, Block XIII, Waro Survey District, being a distance of 63 chains, more or less; as the said road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 31546, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

WHEREAS the Wairarapa South County Council lately proposed to raise a loan of one hundred and fifty pounds to metal forty-eight chains of the Eringa Road, and also a loan of five hundred pounds for formation, metalling, and culverting one hundred and forty-two chains of the Tea Creek Road, under the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908:
And whereas in each case the special roll was not deposited for public inspection, and notice thereof was not published in some newspaper circulating in the district, as required by section five of the Local Bodies’ Loans Amendment Act, 1910:
And whereas all the ratepayers in each of the rating areas to be rated for each loan signed the written consent:
And whereas it appears that such ratepayers have not been misled by such irregularity in either case:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on him by section one hundred and twenty-one of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908, as amended by section seven of the Local Bodies’ Loans Amendment Act, 1910, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of
