Notifying Lands in Southland Land District for Sale by
Public Auction.

ISLINGTON, Governor.

IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred
upon me by the one-hundred-and-twenty-sixth section
of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder,
Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New
Zealand, do hereby appoint Wednesday, the twenty-sixth day
of June, one thousand nine hundred and twelve, as the
time at which the lands described in the Schedule hereto
shall be sold by public auction; and I do hereby fix the
prices at which the said lands shall be sold as those men-
tioned in the said Schedule hereto.

Opening Settlement Lands in Otago Land District for
Selection.

ISLINGTON, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by the Land Act, 1908, and the
Land for Settlements Act, 1908, I, John Poynder Dickson-
Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of
New Zealand, do hereby declare that the settlement lands
described in the Schedule hereto shall be open for selection
on renewable lease on Monday, the twenty-ninth day of
April, one thousand nine hundred and twelve, at the
rentals mentioned in the said Schedule; and I do also de-
clare that the said lands shall be leased under and subject
to the provisions of the said Acts.

to be Trustees, in the place of James Sloane, Samuel Boyd,

care of the Mangapai Public Cemetery, in conjunction with
William Harrison, William McAllister, Boulton Ormandy,
George Gunson, and Samuel Graham, previously appointed.
