Notifying Lands in Otago Land District for Sale by Public Auction.
ISLINGTON, Governor.
IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the one-hundred-and-twenty-sixth section of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint Friday, the nineteenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twelve, as the time at which the lands described in the Schedule hereto shall be sold by public auction; and I do hereby fix the prices at which the said lands shall be sold as those mentioned in the said Schedule hereto.

Good building-sites, covered with light manuka scrub. Situated at the mouth of the Taieri River. The locality is rising in prominence as a seaside resort. The nearest railway-station is Henley, on the main line. Communication is by motor-launch, and the journey down the river gives a view of very fine scenery. School and post and telegraph office are quite convenient.
