REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Maungatautari 3A, Section 5A No. 1, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kihikihi, on Friday, the 26th day of April, 1912, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“ That the land be sold to F. G. Moginie, of Auckland, for the sum of £2 per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Maungatautari 5A No. 1r will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kihikihi, on Friday, the 26th day of April, 1912, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“ That the said land be sold to Daniel Long for the sum of £2 per acre.”

“ That the said land be sold to Ada Lucas for the sum of £2 per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto A No. 23 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kihikihi, on Friday, the 26th day of April, 1912, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“ (a.) That the land be leased to Arthur Byrt Jordan for forty-two years, at an annual rental of 1s. per acre during the first twenty-one years, and 2s. per acre during the remainder of the term.

“ (b.) That the land be sold to Arthur Byrt Jordan for the sum of £1 per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Maungatautari 3A, Section 7B No. 2, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Whatawhata, on Saturday, the 27th day of April, 1912, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed alternative resolutions :—

“ (a.) That the said land be sold to James Keville for the sum of £1 15s. per acre.

“ (b.) That the land be leased to James Keville for forty-two years, at an annual rental of 1s. 3d. per acre during the first twenty-one years, and 2s. 6d. per acre during the remaining twenty-one years.”
